La chocolaterie Menier \u00e0 Noisiel (Seine-et-Marne) va \u00eatre transform\u00e9e alors que la production a pris fin dans les ann\u00e9es 1990 et que Nesl\u00e9 France a quitt\u00e9 les lieux en 2020. Linkcity pr\u00e9voit d’y cr\u00e9er une cit\u00e9 du go\u00fbt, indique Le Figaro<\/em><\/a>. Le projet complet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9 par le maire Mathieu Viskovic vendredi 27 septembre.<\/p>\n

Cette future cit\u00e9 du go\u00fbt, situ\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de Disneyland Paris, “sera un lieu culturel, touristique et de loisirs, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gourmandise d\u2019environ 20.000 m2”, a confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 La Marne<\/em><\/a> Beno\u00eet G\u00e9rardin, directeur de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement chez Linkcity. Elle sera compos\u00e9e d’un spa, d’un h\u00f4tel quatre \u00e9toiles, de restaurants, de 550 logements, de salles de r\u00e9ception, d’une \u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re, d’une r\u00e9sidence \u00e9tudiante. Les logements seront commercialis\u00e9s entre 2025 et 2026, d’apr\u00e8s Le Figaro<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Un spa dans l’ancienne confiserie<\/h2>\n

La filiale de d\u00e9veloppement immobilier de Bouygues Construction pr\u00e9voit d’installer le spa dans l’ancienne confiserie. Le b\u00e2timent de 3.500 m2 accueillera environ 1.000 clients par jour. Le spa sera compos\u00e9 de saunas, hammams, salles de massage mais aussi de bassins sur la toiture. Il sera exploit\u00e9 par le groupe italien QC Terme. “Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duits par la vue sur le moulin. On recherche toujours des lieux exceptionnels, pour nous y adapter”, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les entreprises pour exploiter l’h\u00f4tel et l’\u00e9cole n’ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9es. Linkcity esp\u00e8re pouvoir annoncer les noms d’ici la fin de l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
