La p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner alg\u00e9rienne El Mordjene Cebon, devenue populaire sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en France, est interdite dans l’Union europ\u00e9enne, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mardi \u00e0 l’AFP le minist\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais de l’Agriculture, pr\u00e9cisant qu’une enqu\u00eate “est en cours” sur la pr\u00e9sence de ce produit sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n

“L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie ne remplissant pas l’ensemble des conditions n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre \u00e0 un pays tiers d’exporter vers l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne des marchandises contenant des produits laitiers destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation humaine dans le respect des exigences europ\u00e9ennes en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 animale et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire des aliments, l’importation de cette marchandise n’est pas autoris\u00e9e par le cadre r\u00e9glementaire applicable”, selon le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9ant fran\u00e7ais de la distribution Carrefour avait annonc\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 l’AFP vouloir “commercialiser la fameuse p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner El Mordjene Cebon d’ici deux \u00e0 quatre semaines”.<\/p>\n

Une enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte “afin de d\u00e9terminer les m\u00e9canismes de contournement qui ont pu permettre jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent la mise sur le march\u00e9 de cette marchandise”, a ajout\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais de l’Agriculture.<\/p>\n

“Deux envois (de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner El Mordjen Cebon, NDLR) sont actuellement bloqu\u00e9s dans les postes de contr\u00f4le frontaliers fran\u00e7ais”, selon la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n

Cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner fait l’objet d’une importante couverture m\u00e9diatique en France \u00e0 la suite de recommandations par des comptes influents sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n

En France, le leader du secteur est de loin le Nutella, produit par Ferrero, qui d\u00e9tient plus des trois quarts du march\u00e9 des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner chocolat\u00e9es en grandes surfaces, selon des donn\u00e9es de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration du secteur (FCD).<\/p>\n

Ferrero a indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l’AFP avoir vendu l’an dernier “pr\u00e8s de 90 millions de pots de Nutella en France”, soit un peu moins de trois (2,85) chaque seconde.<\/p>\n
